NOW through May 1, 2010 - Team Up 4 Orphans!

 

Join Into the Field as it works with doma international to make an impact in the lives of children around the world!  Team Up 4 Orphans is a team of individuals coming together to train for the Capital City Half Marathon (under the guidance of Boston Marathon winner Lisa Rainesberger) on May 1, 2010 and to raise much needed funds.  Help us to get moving and help bring a new definition of home to children around the world through the programming and outreach of the incredible ministry of Doma!

April 15, 2010 - The Great Debate!

Into the Field has joined with several other organizations and ministries from across Central Ohio to sponsor and put on a fantastic event - "The Great Debate: Does the Bible Provide an Adequate Answer to the Problem of Suffering?"  Renowned scholars, authors, and debators Dr. Michael L. Brown and Dr. Bart D. Ehrman will debate this timely topic on Thursday, April 15, from 7-9:30p at the new Ohio Union on the campus of The Ohio State University.  The event is free and open to the public.

October 16-17, 2009 - Thrive '09 - Faith Hope Love!

If you're single, you won't want to miss this great conference!  The Ohio Christian Singles Conference is not your average singles conference!  In its 3rd year hosted at Worthington Christian Church, the OCSC has demonstrated that it has something for everyone!

Author and Speaker Chris Coppernoll is back by popular demand to lead us through the keynote portions of the conference.  Chris is a dynamic and gifted speaker that will keep you engaged and not looking at your watch or wishing you were in West Lafayette, IN (for the away OSU game).

Alathea is the kind of band that breathes life and comfort into every church or concert hall in which they find themselves! Mandee Radford and Christie Johnson are women who are passionate about chasing after the heart of God. Their three albums attest to that fact. Faith, hope and love seep from the depth of their relationship with Christ.

 May 9, 2009 - An Evening of Inspirational Music with Karen Burkart and Friends! 
When you hear Karen sing, you'll know that hers is a voice that is truly a gift from God.  Join us for this FREE event being held at 7:00 pm at Upper Arlington Lutheran Church, 2300 Lytham Road, Columbus, Ohio 43220.  This will also serve as the launch event for Karen's debut album - "Just One Glimpse"!  Click here to listen to a sampling of her music.

May 9, 2009 - Walk4Faith!
Looking for a way to raise funds for your mission or ministry?  Who isn't?!?  You'll want to get tied into Walk4Faith!  This is a great 5K walk that allows organizations and their supporters to sign-up, get pledges for walking, and have the funds go straight to their ministry!  No longer is there the need for you to worry about taking care of all of the details of planning out the route, getting the proper permits, making sure you have police to keep your walkers safe...the Walk4Faith team have taken care of it all for you!

Bring your teams to The Columbus Zoo on May 9, 2009, and join others as they Walk4Faith and raise funds for your ministry!

January 17 - 24, 2009 - Into the Field Executive Director, Jennifer Cameron, will be traveling with Heart to Honduras as a part of a Village Care Team.  Please keep those serving as well as those receiving in your thoughts and prayers.

November 6-8, 2008 - "HELP!  We're Going on a Short-term Trip!"

Attend the 2nd Annual Ohio Christian Singles Conference October 17-18, 2008! 
The keynote speaker for the weekend will be internationally known, Christian radio host Chris Coppernoll.  Worship and praise music will be led by Alathea.  Breakout sessions included speakers on everything from: finances to dating, taking a leap of faith to uncovering your purpose.  Into the Field's Jennifer Cameron served as a breakout session speaker on "From Ohio to China and Back Again...And Again - Taking the leap of faith on the never-ending journey to find and follow His passion and purpose for your life."
